I might be getting there. For me, I wouldn't hang with something because it felt good. Nor would I hang with something that didn't work for me. It would have to work for me. But what works doesn't necessarily feel "good" all the time. That's a bit simplistic, imo. But could an agnostic not get into the situation of questioning for the mere sake of doing so?

Maybe "true" is beside the point. If it is "sustaining and inoffensive", then we'd judge it "good".

I worry that Truth is as ultimately evasive as any other god-concept.
