However, there is a more important issue before us! What? Something more important than discussing the financials that have been promised by the company for a year now? The financials that John has had his accountants working on for MONTHS (if not close to a year). There's something more important? It must be that you have details about the not-so-phoney Private Placement/Form D that the Company submitted to the SEC on March 23rd. You know, the one that bears John's signature.
