Dear Jack, While the numbers you have quoted appear to be correct it ( I have not checked them at this time)it should also be noted that if all options, warrants, etc are in fact exercised then Pyng would have approximately $5,000.000 in cash, securities, and accounts receivable at hand. As such we will,as we are already, be in a very strong position both financially and in market position as we have no need what to raise additional capital, not that we need to even today. In addition to this 3,750,000 shares will be in escrow until cash flow of $2.27 per share is achieved in order to earn one out. I will let Dr. Johnson answer your questions on protocol but in some areas the FAST1 is used first in cardiac arrest victims. On the New York Discovery 99 event I would like to make these points. The turnout was not as large as I anticipated but we did get strong interest. We delivered over 80 packages on Pyng, in a 8 hour period, to a wide variety of investors, brokers and analyst. All will need to be followed up on and I will do that when I return next Friday from another trip. I also had the opportunity to be interviewed on Emerging Company Report (ECP), a cable T.V. program that reaches, according to E.C.R. 24 million homes. This report from Discovery 99 will air,I was told by E.C.R , Friday at 11.00 P.M., Saturday at 2.00 P.M. and Sunday at 11.30 A.M (all eastern time) We may also give serious consideration to have a 10 minute video made with Emerging Company Report that would provide 26 showings over a nine week period. All of these conferences provide a level of exposure to the FAST1 System and, although expensive, they are a neccessary part of the promotion of both our company and the advantages of the FAST1 System. In a nutshell I believe the Discovery 99 exposure was worthwhile but only time will tell as we cultivate the leads generated. Lor might also be interested in the fact that I lost my baggage so I cannot confirm the handles having fallen off, and as of this writing they have yet to find it. Michael
