Here's my take on this....

I've been in VTPI for over two years and have accumulated over time. I was very excited about the Engineering and Professional Services relationship announced last November. This company has a contract with the government to allow any Federal Agency to purchase directly from EPS Information Technology. EPS has a catalogue of pre-approved vendors with price lists on their website (epscorp.com). If you click the GSA WACS (Wire and Cable Service) then click to Video Conferencing you will see Visual Telephone's equipment listed with prces and descriptions. The Fed Gov has set up this arrangement to allow Fed Agencies easy access and implementation to spend $25 billion over the next ten years to improve the government's information technology systems.

Now that VTPI has merged with IVT (iVoice.com) it is my speculation that all products with be available to the government to purchase.

It is my opinion that once the DoverAFB thing proves itself other government agencies will not be afraid to move ahead with spending the already appropriated Fed money slated for Information Technology equipment and services.

The other interesting thing is that VTPI's products are catalogued through Lockheed Martin's website who also has a contract similar to EPS's.

The above coupled with the private sector developments with iVoice.com, IMO, only makes this nothing but an incredibly sound long term investment.

As far as stock price? Who cares except for people looking for quick profit. I think of the stock price similar to the height of a sand pile as more grains are poured on top. The height increases until the angle of repose is exceed at which point the pile collapses but no grains are lost. The base of the pile broadens and the pile then gains elevation once again as the grains of sand are added and the process continues.
