Pareto...I had never visited this board before yesterday. And I didn't know very much about GNET. I was invited here last night...and after reading my first few hundred posts (including long lists) I am completely compelled and intrigued by the people on this board and the Company, Go2Net, they extol.

Your post was a fine illumination of the camaraderie and ambiance that has been created at this forum for discussing your stock.

I only have one problem here...I feel like I am reading the book starting in the middle. I know it has been an interesting story so far and I am still playing catch-up.

I am enjoying the read...

Aloha,
Mary

What a wonderful post. I agreed with WST earlier because I do understand how he feels and I can see both sides. But I really like all you guys and gals, and all the posts. They are honest and heartfelt, which means a lot.
On an interesting note, Charter Communications was here today to install my "pipeline" - they have to come back on Tuesday because I need an ethernet card for my Mac and sales had promised me that they would bring one. But I asked these guys a bunch of questions. Set-top box maker for the cable tv is General Instruments (yeah ACTV). But they knew all about Paul Allen and his vision. Two-way upgrade for my area will be complete by Dec or Jan - they do a whole community at one time. They expect to add Pipeline customers at a rate of 1000 per 15,000, and have one "node" per community and will not have a problem with slowdown as more users pile on. They are extremely impressed with PA's vision - turning your tv into a pc. Worldgate working on peripherals right now. They think whole thing will take 10-15 years. I'llthink of what else they said.
