I expect some weakness in the tech sector Monday and early Tuesday. If the fed raises rate by only 25 bps, there may be relief rally - but I don't expect that to last long if the long term bond stays above 6%. Strong earnings may keep the market up at these levels until late July. But I expect a sell-off in Nas to the 2200 - 2300 level by late Aug and Dow at around 10K, if the long term rates don't head back to the 5.5% range. The internet and financials sector is probably more susceptible.

The stronger techies, SUN, CSCO, MSFT etc will hold up but I don't see a rally to the next leg. I am happy if SUN holds over 60 for the next few months. Strong earnings and positive statements for this qtr may ensure that. Fir the short term I think thereis support in the 62-63 range. Doubt it will go back to 68-69 soon.

Regards

Alok
