<<Would that justify today's price?>>

"There is no such thing as justice in the abstract; it is merely a compact between men." -Epicurus

In this case, Ancor's price is merely a compact between marketeers. You justify what you can, and accept what you cannot. How's that for Zen and the Individual Investor? I know, no help at all for those who cannot let go of rationality. Sorry.

Douglas

Greg, I gotta say that the small-caps don't trade on sales. They trade on the PROMISE of sales. You want sales? Go look at another of my holdings, NMGC. Sales they got. Market cap they don't. Nor interest from the street (not right now, anyway).

ANCR is not trading on sales, or even the promise of sales; they are trading on the fact that they enable the next great 'net necessity.

It's called "storage", and the street "knows" that it's important. Why? Because every big brokerage needs it desperately. I trade with two big companies, and they are both internet-inhibited for that reason, no high-speed IO capability. SANs they need, think they understand, and are convinced that what they need the rest of the world must have, too.

Really simple when you think about it...

what is your forcasted sales (or anybody's) for the next 4 quarters

3M, 7M, 20M, 40M

SUppose they make 9M, 10M, 9M, 12M.
Would that justify today's price?

No, flat revenues would not justify the current share price. You will discover Ancor's earnings will not be flat however.

What are you expecting and what would disappoint you?

I am expecting >300M in revenue in 2001. I would be disappointed with less. In the mean time let the momentum players, traders, shorts and institutions have their fun. Besides, I can't afford to sell my shares here. You will find a lot of us are in the same boat.

A piece of advise for you - don't fight the tape. It is trying to tell you something.
