United GlobalCom reduced shr repurchase

DENVER, June 27 (Reuters) - UnitedGlobalCom, formally known as
United International Holdings (Nasdaq:UIHIA - news), on Sunday said it
would not purchase 2.15 million class B shares from Apollo Cable Partners as well as 250,000 shares from a director, as part of its previously announced offering of cumulative convertible preferred stock.

Mr. Pink-

The Hudson Savings Conversion offering is in shambles. Undersubscribed due to the ridiculous prining and the criminal use of the Mutual Holding Company structure, they arenot out begging in the New Joisey community trying desperately to get there pathetic deal done at the $10 level. There is no doubt the stock will open at a sizable discount to $10 bucks.

My question to you, Holy One, is, What level would Hudson Savings stock be a decent 1-4 week spec? I want to be ready for it when it opens.

Thank you in advance,

Your humble sycophant,

Mr. X
