I do not see the logic of your reasoning. Do your own dd. I do not see ATHM any more risky then your other two companies. I have all three and believe AMZN has the most risk. You have made a huge profit on ATHM and that is why you want to liquidate it. Kill the goose that laid the egg. Then you want to have a market timer invest the proceeds for you. Big mistake. You will likely lose it all or a sign. part of it. Take a deep breathe and do not do anything for a few days. Only my humble opinion.
