While wading through the Form D, here are some things that just jump right out. So let's see, we can blame the RMC numbers on Warren David Williams, Director and owner of 100M shares. Even though John Schmitz signed and submitted the Form D? He can't take responsibility for what he signed? One week later though he is distancing himself from the deal, a deal that had been announced as closed 8 months earlier. But what about the Affordable Housing numbers? Are we to blame the claim of 30 houses a month now on Joe Sanker? geocities.com Where are those 30 houses that should be started this month? My, oh my and 30 next month, and 30 more the month after that. This from the company that only has managed to erect 2 houses in 1 year. Straining credibility? HoooBoy.
