Hi E! I think you brought up a very good point. I agree with you 100%. I wonder what "general corporate purposes" are, sounds like great 7 course dinners in fancy restaurants.... I would like to address another point, and this concerns the SEC filing, it is important that it should be done. I don't think that because DGIV files the price will rocket. If the price of this share is to rise it will have to do with contracts that generate revenues...and more....contracts that generate revenues...and more contracts that generate revenues... and, of course, formal paperwork that is to date. There is something that strikes me as very funny. The way things are presented it looks like many OTC-BB Co.'s don't qualify and will be delisted. LOL! These NASD MM "doctors" seem to want to kill their OTC-BB patients in the name of their patients health. Don't tell me MM's don't make a fortune with penny stocks, yeah, like they trade DGIV and others OTC-BB for charity purposes....LOL...they are killing the hen that lays the golden eggs... R {Ky}
