I've got some July 42.5 calls I picked up at 15/16. Thinking about selling these into strength after the meeting tomorrow. Anybody else concerned about the outcome of this case?

If I were in this jury, I would think about the reward that the smokers are getting here... for being irresponsible. Most of us have had bouts of irresponsibility in our lives and have paid for it, sometimes heavily. I just wouldn't be able to stand a bunch of irresponsible nincompoops actually getting rewarded for their actions. I would simply vote "not guilty" and ask the smokers to take their sorry a**es out of the courtroom.
