Hi Zonkie - this would be a good place IMO to begin a review in determining whether any kind of manipulative shorting took place:

phillip you may be on the right track but I wouldn't look for any buybacks or help from the company. Looking further into what constitutes manipulation and what is not allowed is IMO your best bet.

I'd suggest trying to trace the S-8 shares.

Got any ideas on how to do that?
