I don't know what you mean by tracing the S-8 shares. To me the S-8 shares are the ones that are given to the people that convert. I don't go along with what some people here have said about a lot of the conversion already having taken place and those shares having been sold so they could make a profit on the 30% discount they receive. My guess is that none or very little of the loan has been converted into shares. The private placement people make more money the lower they can drive the price if that is there game. If they convert and cover at higher prices there profit will not be as great as if they convert all at once when the price is where they want it.

If you think there has already been some conversion going on then call the company and ask them about it. I see no reason why the company (if they are on the up and up) wouldn't just come right out and tell you how much of the money has been converted into shares, but what good would it do you to know this. The CFO should know this without even having to look it up as the private placement has to be the biggest worry that TSIG has right now. If the CEO is worth his salt he should be able to tell you what is going on also. If I had lost as much money as some people apparently have lost I would be trying to get the authorities to look into the whole mess, even though the contract says they can go short against the shares they will convert the loan into .
