Reseller, could you elaborate on the following paragraph, it seems as if you wrote it in a hurry. Thanks

<<Sony doesn't need to identify Iomega to give a $99.00 rebate, they're identifying Iomega's Zip drive with their system as a reason to buy, an us too marketing program.
Sony only paid + / - $40 for an OEM Zip yet they're giving a $99.00 rebate. >>

Zead

>IMVHO Sony's HiFD is dead.

agreed. if sony is pushing Zip, they obviously don't plan
on introducing HiFD anytime soon (like NEVER).

More OEM Design Wins for Sandisk MultiMediaCard!
nikkeibp.asiabiztech.com

I&C of Korea is using Sandisk's MultiMediaCard in its new line of MP3 players. The MultiMediaCard is a flash card the size of a postage stamp. MP3 players are tiny, and the MultiMediaCard is perfectly in line with this design. Iomega's Flop! is simply physically way too big.

And that is a fact.
