I am not teasing, I just want to know how you thought your way through these problems. They are important questions, but frankly your history of posting on SI gives me no confidence that you want serious answers or would treat them seriously. The last time I discussed aspects of my faith on this thread the response was, to say the least, hostile, and led to a counter-attack the repercussions of which are still in some posters' minds here. Having gone down that road once, I am not about to go down it again. The degree of cynicism necessary to survive on this thread cannot coexist with serious discussion of personal religious beliefs. There are too many people here who apparently view honesty about matters of faith as vulnerability, and delight in attacking it ferociously. Even if I trusted you to deal fairly and honestly with my answers, which I don't, I wouldn't post them here anyhow, because I can damn well guarantee that the response would be every bit as hostile this time around.
