"Where'd you find that info"

From the prospectus:

"Robert T. Hale, Jr. is the son of Robert T. Hale, and Richard Kendall is the brother-in-law of Robert T. Hale, Jr. and the son-in-law of Robert T. Hale."

I haven't checked into this company enough yet, and I'm not sure if I'll cancel my C.O. Whenever I see multiple family members in control, I question whether personal relationships have affected (or will affect) business decisions. I also seem to remember something about loans to/from the directors?
