What was the ACLU supposed to peep about, Michael? I am genuinely puzzled. The ACLU concerns itself with civil rights issues, and for for the most part works through the courts. Are you suggesting the murdered children had their civil rights violated (not just their basic right to life), and that the ACLU can do something about it now?

I was in public schools in California in the 1950's, and I don't remember any group prayers at all, ever. What are you talking about?

One reason the ACLU did not protest the prayers of the children after the massacre at Littleton is that that everyone was praying voluntarily and individually, not being coerced to pray in a public school classroom.

What is it that you don't understand about the difference?

Since it seems that some have difficulty getting your point, allow me to translate: when liberal politicians exploit the tragedy at Littleton by being seen praying, the ACLU does not protest the entanglement of religion and politics, about which they are usually so overwrought...
