If anyone is planning to go to the stockholders meeting, You had better make your reservations at Kiawah Island Resort soon. I called them and they said they are about to release all remaining rooms. Cost $214.00 plus tax per night. Charleston is very close and I would suggest you stay there. More to do and better rates. For those of you who would have flown in, The fares have gone up. It would have been nice to have known when the fares were dirt cheap and most everyone could have gone . Herb and I are driving. We would have liked to have spent the night at the resort, but TOO expensive for us at this moment. If DCTC was up maybe things would have been different. Dorine

Cody: re- SEC efforts on behalf on shareholders... I'd like to just say: "been there done that", and let it go. But my past experience aligns itself with your level of irritation. That agency is yet another example of essential "snafu" as our esteemed chief executive would say. That's what could be said at best! At their worst, well, our founding fathers would only ask- how long will we tolerate their ilk among us? They are not indeed our friends. I often ponder what their mission is? Who do they serve? It's clearly not joe/joan smuck shareholder. Boy, does this smuck know that very well! Weathering on, in yet another, continuously, foggy day.... denson
