I don't understand why if you are a stockholder of record correctly declared and posted to the NSCC why you wouldn't be credited with any distribution legally issued and paid. It works this way with other bulletin board stocks all the time without any problems. Why this mail a notice and copy of statement nonsense? That to me is a giant ? and raises serious doubts as to the veracity of this "distribution". This is an open invite for major problems with this distribution and I am sure violates SEC guidelines for this type of activity. Can you answer why it is being done this way? sks1
