Well there you go again PCM. You really are a Minister of Misinformation.

This document, when approved, qualifies a company to offer franchises in 34 states.

Since you don't really seem to understand this franchise process, you better start burning the midnight oil to catch up here. The UFOC is not a document that is "approved" by the various states that require the filing of such information. It is a registration process. And as such the UFOC is merely filed.

As it now stands there are only about 18 states that currently require Franchise Registration. Other states have what are called Business Opportunity statutes. But none of the states has a review process that "qualifies" the UFOC as you suggest save for taking a filing fee and registering the franchise operation in the state.

So where are we today in the 50 state registration process for I-T brokerages started back in March, but alleged to have been in the works back in September? Well today we still stand at the anemic total of 23 states, with only one added since August. (Indiana was added 6/11/99. That's the only addition in 10 months.)

I see your reluctance to share is founded more likely on your fear of being exposed for not knowing as much as you like to pretend.

PABN will be a sponsor of Hampton's Cup Tennis Tournament in NY just before the US Open Championships. PABN will be advertising their internet business.

the name is the Hamlet Cup, and well checking the site, hamletcup.com I see no mention of PABN nor any of their subsidiaries. And with just a few days left before the tournament begins, just 5 days, I fear that PABN will not be a sponsor according to the Hamlet Cup authorities. You don't think PABN forgot to send in their money in to become a sponsor do you? Too bad jhild didn't post about this as much as he did about the amount of states that Gold Country Securities was registered in. Perhaps he could have gotten them to actually carry through on another claim. hahahahahaha
