Rich, et.al.: I'll have to wait to download the Edgar filings later this PM. Unfortunately I had to listen to the call, in all it's network congestion rebuffering glory, via vcall. As I'd stated before, this internet c.c. concept is a good one, but it still has a way's to go. The best part is later today the call should be available for folks to listen to, and make such notes as they may require. Congestion shouldn't be a factor for replay....uhhh....depending on WHEN everyone tries to do this, heh!

My only other problem was having to link in remotely(rest stop), and thus my only recourse was to listen via my laptop's speaker(a more tinny sound you could not imagine). So I guess I'll have to download the file and listen via my main system, once I've restored its operation(move related activity). Ah, well, so it goes. But Edgar shows private financing, eh? From what you describe this sounds like a good thing.

Speaking of good thing, based on what I see of current trading, the market(by not immediately voting with its feet) appears to like the call, too. It's holding up, although down a wee tad, probably due to such traders who joined the party in anticipation of a "pop" which, when it didn't occur, may have caused them to decided to fold their cards and find another trader, "I want my profits in a cyber-minute" type of "gaming" table. Those types of folks are notoriously impatient as a breed. Heh!

Even so, this style of trading looks to be small. Bottom Line? VLNC's picture still looks good.

Now....about those OEM p.o.'s....

John~

The large amount of sell interest messages (200K, 300K, 400K) on I-Watch doesn't look very reassuring for the near-term price right now.
