great find, bill ounce. trouble is, we won't be able to find dick mills post y2k to sue his ass for misrepresentation.

Do you think Gary North will be any easier to find?? <VBG>

I'll stick with Dick Mills. At least he's been in the belly of the beast.

Dick Mills is just an electrical power generation industry source.

Don't know of a better online source on this industry in regards to Y2K. Check them out at y2ktimebomb.com

Exactly what will happen come Y2K is anyone's guess. Dick predicts some short blackouts as his best guess. Certainly see no basis in suing him if some clowns mismanage the grid into a long periods of blackouts. There is even less basis if the railroad industry messes up coal deliveries. I think he's an example of good faith estimates following good industry practice. If there were many more people like him Y2K would be a small bump in the road.

Bad industry practice and intentional deception are much more worthy targets for lawsuits. Can't think of a better target than the FAA. Their repeated recklessness leaves billions (perhaps trillions) of dollars of the economy at risk.
