No customer would install and make public the installation of the manufacturer of equipment they have installed until the equipment has been demonstrated, tested and deployed in a similiar large scale environment. Secondly, if NORTEL was to sell this equipment, the easiest way to train employees who are to sell the technology is to have them use it themselves. Customer demonstrations could be set up for sales opportunities and the sales person would be able to show user friendliness using his/her own experience /expertise. There is something going on here. You do not see big companies like Nortel installing technology on their hq location for no reason.................. Why did they not install their own Voice Mail System at the HQ. Maybe it is because the IVOC technology WILL soon be their own. Only my opinion.
