Why so quiet from Agfa?

Why is it that Agfa seemingly isn't as thrilled with Flop! as Iomega had hoped? After all, Agfa has had plenty of time to introduce products including a camera that use it. But instead, all that exists are empty promises, even emptier Flop-less Agfa trade show booths, and that nagging suspicion that everything is not going so well in the Agfa Development Department trying to marry a camera with a Flop! drive.

What's the matter? Does Iomega Flop!

Use too much power?
Break down too easily?
suffer data corruption?
make the camera too big and bulky?
Make the camera too expensive?
create latency performance problems?

Hmmmm. I wonder....

Reseller, I'm happy to hear that a ZIP/Digcam would be well received as IOM is working on one now... to be released in about a year. In the meantime AGFA will release a CLIK/Digcam sometime in the next few months. I am also of the view that HiFUD is Fuddied up and may never come out. I wouldn't mind a Sony/IOM marriage or even an affair...
When I was at PC EXPO the Clik booth was full of people and it was difficult to even get to view it. Seemed like the interest was there as well as in the ZipCD. Now if they could only turn interest into profit....SR

Reseller, I think Sony will simply pull life support from HiFD
without notifying next of kin.
