jhild, On the eve of the net discussion by management, it would seem to me that this is an extraordinary opportunity to lay out your personal concerns with the company; citing chapter and verse. Over the period of the past year you, evidently, have not persuaded people regarding these concerns. It would seem that a logical progression of your thoughts over this past year would provide the bases for insightful questions to management covering the many divisions of the company and its business plan. This is not one of those questions as to your raison d'etre here. You, apparently have no equity in the company. No bother. That is extraneous to the subject at hand. You have expressed dissatisfaction. So be it. Pls lay out a logical summation of your concerns so that they may be addressed in the forum. I am sure that you will not want to do so, personally, but others may use your evaluations for discussion. Then, we all may be informed as to the facts at hand. This msg is offered in good faith and I hope that you will accept it as such.
