Could someone answer these questions:

1) Has Delphi entered into a purchase/development arrangement with any other fuel cell development company (other than GLE)?

2) Is Delphi developing its own fuel cell system internally? If so, what is known about their progress to date? Is their fuel cell system as advanced as the GLE fuel cell? Is it ready for market?

Based on the News Releases posted above, one could speculate that Delphi has been in the fuel cell game for quite some time. How could, and why would Delphi enter into a development agreement with an automotive company (such as BMW) if it did not currently have access to some type of fuel cell technology. To the best of my knowledge, no formal agreement has been signed between GLE and Delphi. We are due some answers from both GLE and Delphi.

In my opinion, GLE should provide its shareholders with timely information. An update is warranted. It has been quite a long time since the initial News Release disclosing a purchase order from Delphi. It's due time that we were told if this is in fact the real thing. And, for those wondering, I am long on GLE.
