Delphi would not have entered into the agreement (not publicly anyway) with BMW if their wasn't already Purchase Orders put in place for cells from a willing and able supplier. And we all know who that is. I would also feel comfortable in saying that there would be most likely an "exclusive supplier" contract in place, pending the cell test results, prior to any PO being accepted by GLE. IMHO
