>2) No, Their Cell is GLE's Cell
You state this rather categorically, and, I believe, incorrectly. Delphi has its own labs and has taken part in research in other companies' labs. Although I have yet to find any documentation of Delphi ordering fuel cells from other companies, it is quite certain that they have done some preliminary work themselves. To answer Davis' question with less speculation, I'd say:
" 2) It is probably safe to say that Delphi's own SOFC ,fuel cell technology is neither as advanced as Global Thermoelectric's nor is it ready for market. I believe that is why Delphi approached Global."

If you have definitive evidence of Delphi abandoning its own research and adopting Global's cell outright, I would be very interested in seeing it.
Regards,
Andrew

Gulo:

I don't see how you can answer these questions with simply a "YES" or a "NO" unless you are aware of facts which I am unaware of. I don't remember reading such disclosures from GLE. Is this pure speculation on your part, is it an informed response or simply your opinion? Please elaborate.
