The potatoes are bigger in a later yahoo article. Total stiffage so far is $7M, and Lucent is also looking for (unspecified in the article) compensatory damages, which are desired to be tripled for MU's "willful" (in)action, plus interest at prime+3%, presumably on the whole works.
