David,

Mama Bear and all the readers have seen this drama repeated so many times that it gets tiresome after a while. Granted, this may be new to you, but I'll map out how this drama is likely to unfold.

1. Bill, A@P, Mr. Pi?k or whoever the shortseller is, issues a short sell recommendation.

2. One or more stock touts who post to a single thread invades the short seller's thread.

3. An unbelievable volume of posts ensue in which the shortseller's integrity, motivation and intelligence is questioned.

4. The thread degenerates into a name calling and the signal/noise ratio becomes very high.

5. The stock in question rises and the stock tout rubs it in the short seller's face.

6. The stock eventually collapses and Bill (or whoever) posts a comical history of the episode:

exchange2000.com
exchange2000.com

We're just wrapping up an episode with paranoid CCSI longs on this thread and I'd like to avoid repeating this episode with Identix.

Bill has issued a SS on IDX--big deal. If as you claim, his research is bogus, he'll lose a lot of money.

I'd wager to say most readers of the thread weren't too interested in IDX before your unbelievable onslaught of posts. The more you post, the more shorts it attracts...sort of like sharks sensing blood in the water.

>> And perhaps, since I "responded as have so many others before" me, that could explain how you have perfected a tone of world-weary superiority while, paradoxically, knowing nothing about the particular stock being discussed. <<

PMFJI,

But I think her "tone of world-weary" had nothing to do with the particular stock, I think it had to do with you and your ilk, of whom most of the regulars here are unfortunately too familiar with...
