Reading the last couple of posts makes me feel I am among friends. I feel the same frustration as Dorine and George and yes, many things are on hold because of my faith in DCI. I am relocating my home and business and can not attend. I wish it were in Dayton, where I met Joe and some of his staff, the only reason I am still invested in DCTC is the people I met at that meeting. Long & Strong DCTC. Ken

Dear Dorine, "...why hasn't DCTC let us know about the share holders meeting? Why did we have to hear it from a third party?" This has been the case for years Dorine, nothing new at all. They do seem to find nice people to do THEIR work for them at any rate. At the risk of being totally flamed and it would depend on what is on the proxy BUTTTTTTTTTTTT Shareholders have the right to abstain from voting and thereby scuttle a quorum. While this is the most drastic of measures it would certainly send a CLEAR message to HQ once and for all that ALL Shareholders ( not just those that phone ) MUST be treated with due respect. Oh by the way the web page has been updated.,, Barbara
