Thanks

My Dear Barbara,
. They do seem to find nice people to do THEIR work for them at any rate.
I surely agree with you there. Joe Medsker I have found to be a very nice person and I have appreciated all of his posts.

The thing that really disturbs me is the fact that WEwere just informed but not by a letter or announcement in their web page . Some of us read it for the first time in Raging Bull by Kathy.
We can make all the excuses we want for DCTC, but the bottom line is that they knew about the shareholders meeting LONG before DCTC was halted and we were never informed.
What is the meeting about? what are we voting on? where are the proxies?

We were also informed after it was too late to book a room at Kiawah Resorts. nice, wouldn't you say?

I sure wish some of you were going. I would be happy to book through my daughters travel agency in Charleston rooms in Charleston. Kiawah is a short drive from there and Charleston is worth visiting. We can make this a happy occasion and we don't want to be there alone.

Dorine

Barbara....i don't understand what you mean here:

*Shareholders have the right to abstain from voting and thereby scuttle a quorum. While this is the most drastic of measures it would certainly send a CLEAR message to HQ....."

abstain from voting on what?
scuttle a quorum for what reason?

TIA :)
