Baldwin, I am concerned about all the folks who do not read SI , RB, Yahoo etc. and those who do not even own computers that may not know about the meeting. How will they know about the meeting if they are not told? Shouldn't we have received a proxy and a report 30 days before the shareholders meeting? I own other good stocks and the annual meeting is posted months in advance and the proxies sent out long before the meeting. A very concerned shareholder not only for myself but for all those who are not aware of what is happening here. Dorine Dorine

Dear Baldwin, "abstain from voting on what?" We don't know, hence the " depending on " comment. "scuttle a quorum for what reason?" That would be a demonstration for some to voice ( vent ) their frustration at the lack of ANY KIND OF PUBLIK ( K intentional ) statement.
