You're quoting the filing date, not the date for the quarter for which the filing is supposed to cover. They are not the same and the company is in a high state of flux right now. I would expect the SEC filing's content to pertain to the periods for which the filings are for and not be current as of the date of filing. I also would expect conference calls and press releases to be vehicles to address current conditions. The statements in the filings are meant to cover a broad scenario of market conditions, especially with them being filed a while after the fact. When the company gets to market, the market could be quite different than it was at the end of the last filing period. Electronics markets are always under pressure to offer more bang for less buck and the filings are written to make the investor aware of that fact. Do you actually believe the document to be current as of 6/28? If not at what date do think it to be factual?
