Hey Jer ... I've set up another one of those "strange/weird" long/short strangles (on paper and not for Scott's tally) Due to the rapid move that I feel will happen and then a correction back somewhat and the inability to enter the market during this immediate frenzy ..... I have opened a step in strangle on the emini ... long at 1340 (from just a few minutes ago) short from 1345 (from yesterday afternoon) now, this is a totally unreal position ... and on top of that ... it is not real.. and when I did it last time ... I didn't make hardly any money, and as a matter of fact, Pat and I agreed that it WAS NOT worth the effort .. of course, Pat is a lot smarter than me ... he said it wouldn't work BEFORE I did it ....... gggg and he was correct .. Well, I've simply got to prove it to myself .. so I'm going to try one more time ... we'll see how it works out this time. Nemer
