"Meet the Management" meeting June 29, 1999 The PanAmerican BanCorp "Meet the Management" meeting featuring John Schmitz, Chairman and CEO of PanAmerican BanCorp, will take place on Tuesday, June 29 1999 from 2-3pm EST. The meeting will feature live chat and streaming video. Interested parties will be able to ask questions and receive answers in real time from John Schmitz, as well as view real time video of Mr. Schmitz. PanAmerican BanCorp will make every attempt to answer all questions during the meeting, however due to time constraints or technical difficulties, not all questions may be answered during the allotted time frame. A transcript of the meeting will be posted shortly afterwards, and all unanswered questions will be addressed in the transcript. PanAmerican BanCorp shareholders and other interested parties are invited to attend and participate in the meeting. Due to the nature of the open forum, the Meet the Management meeting will not be censored for content, however PanAmerican BanCorp reserves the right to immediately ban any participant using obscenity or exhibiting less than professional behavior.
