sks1.
First of all, using the words "bonehead", "stupid", etc. without giving clear reason doesn't make look YOU good. But, anyway ...
Point #1. I agree with it partially. Partially, because it has valid point of someone missing the distribution, just because of unclear terms of it. The second part of this point, that consists of the remarks of "nonsense" of this thread - hey you are part of it, are not you :-).
Point #2: What exactly is stupid in the financing?
Point #3: You assume, that the financing is linked to the shorting of the stock. But, in some cases, the stock is being shorted by groups, that are not part of financing - naked shorts. That is the main target of the whole procedure, I think (Only my opinion).
Point #4: It is exactly as Point #2 - could you clarify "bonehead"iness of the financing from your prospective. Otherwise, it is just hot air with strong words.
Respectfully,
Val.

sks1,

I suggest you reread my post(49) on the short position again. The Canadain Co. is in a no lose situation. Sell the stock they get 7/15 and drop the price then cover their short position. They can create their own little market that way.

Tom's lawyer did not do his homework. Never checked who the parent co was when he borrowed the money. He would be history if he worked for me(sorry Tom jmho)

All I said was before you spout off about things being illegal do some research like most of us do. Put it as a question instead of a FACT.

Didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings and get into anyone's face; but when something is said matter-of -factly you better know what your talking about---enough said.

And to you Jor Mr. Hyper-yakker :-) you know I'm not going anywhere. Your just pissed I didn't call you last night. Well I was trying to put my freakin barbeque together until 12:30 AM. I may be an engineer but when the directions are in japanese its kind of hard. I only know the whole neighborhood was up with my foul language. That's probably why I'm in a crap mood. It's also my first day back from vacation and I sure don't want to be here.

Sorry everyone..

And I'm pissed because I have not been ON the FAN in so long.

The ramble is over. Now i'll shut my big mouth for the day!!

I suspect that response was both to me AND to the other post (scoobey?) addressing your concerns.

I think I misunderstood your post and am sorry for that. You raised some good points in your response. Don't have the answers.

My suggestion...what is done is done. Let it work itself out now. I believe the notice question has been answered as best it will be at this point. If you (this goes for everyone) still believe in the potential of this stock to make you some money in the future, then sit back and let it happen. If not, move on. We have debated this thing to death at this point and all the pieces to deal with it are now in place, imho.

Nothing more of value can be added by us at this point. It is becoming distracting and detrimental now. Wait and watch.

GO ENCN!!!!

SKS1-you bring up some interesting points in your discourse. You also make a point of announcing,"(ECNC)..more potential pitfalls than advantages...more problems than solutions"... but then you say ... "the stock is undervalued"...You can't have it both ways amigo,so which is it?Your choice.

By the way, that's not an attack, just an observation.

Happy Returns-

stevek.
