Thanks for your informative resonse. I really liked the format of the Conference; can anyone name one other company that allows interactive exchanges with management on a regular basis like this? Sounds like they are becoming a "reporting" company in more ways than one.

On June 29th you said.....A pro forma is a projection. The financials are going to be preliminary (similar to the quarterly financials reporting companies submit, but it will cover the entire year of operations, which is why they need a couple of more days to finish THROUGH TOMORROW, which is the end of the month (sorry to yell -- not directed at you, but some reading this have difficulty with comprehension). It's now, July 20th.....either Johnny didn't hear you, or did he not comprehend. Which do you suppose it is?
