hey, i thought we were talking about computers...seriously i think that the issues of Linux Adoption isnt a matter of individuals or corporations "choosing" it over Windows. As PC Mfgs scramble to reduce the cost of their machines why use an OS which is notoriously unreliable and bloated, is going to be the biggest single cost item and prevents you from developing an identity apart from Microsofts choosing. There will be more and more machines hitting the market which come with Linux cause it doesnt cost anything and can be customized and will do what people want, access the web, and allow them to communicate with each other.
