These are "all very real concerns" to whom? Certainly not to non-shareholders. Unless they are prospective shareholders. Therefore these are certainly not "all very real concerns" to you, unless you are now a shareholder or a prospective shareholder. Let those who are shareholders, and who are concerned, (and who do not have homework assignments still outstanding), express their own concerns.
