If you'd do your assignments you'd learn something, as would the others who read this thread. In this case you'd learn that your use of "evade" and "evasion" is incorrect in this instance. It may be your opinion, but it's too late to claim that now. You stated it as fact, which it is not. If you insist that it is fact, then provide the proof of the use of a stratagem, prove the use of dexterity, prove the avoidance. Delay and postponement are not avoidance. You cannot prove any of these characteristics of evasion because you do not have access to the source from which proof must come. Quoting hearsay is not proof either. (It is proof of the fact that you don't have any facts, but not proof of what you want it to prove.) The company is guilty of missing deadlines, no one argues that point at all. Which really begs the question as to why you continue to harass this thread with this topic. But it is not guilty of evading or evasion. You are incorrect, as usual. You cannot prove your point, and thus your accusation fails for lack of evidence. If you had done your homework you would not have made this mistake.
