Now that is really absurd. I can't wait to see the lawyers tear that one apart. I'm not 100% familiar with GeoCities, but the last time that I looked they had a sort of "contract" with their subscribers, and I don't think that the courts would look kindly upon a unilateral modification to that contract that gives Yahoo! any intellectual rights or copyrights or anything else for that matter. If Yahoo! tries to enforce any part of that provision, I'd bet heavily that a court case will result. How about it lawyers? Any legal opinions?
