Float = the number of shares which are freely tradable in the public market.

Restricted (also 144 shares) = the number of shares which are issued but not freely tradable because they are too new, unregistered or owned by control parties (someone who owns 10% or more of the company) or affiliates (officers and directors) of the company.

Authorizied = the number of shares a company may issue (think of it as similar to the limit on your credit card -- it is the total amount you may charge). This number is determined by the company in its charter (articles of incorporation).

Issued And Outstanding = the number of shares which have been issued by the company. Add the Float to the Restricted and that equals the Issued And Outstanding (think of this as the amount you have charged on your credit card).

Treasury Stock = The Authorized by not issued shares. (think of this as the difference between what you have charged on your credit card and what you may charge).

Thus Authorized is the largest number: Issued + Treasury = Authorized. Issued = Float + Restricted.

hope this helps
