JDN, RE: I would be hypersensitive too to the IDIOTIC random musings of Wall St.!!

Every company is subject to those same IDIOTIC statements. The ones that are successful in the long term either ignore them and prove them wrong with their performance, or they work directly with the analysts and show them why their analysis is wrong, rather than make their case on CNBC. And given that 95% of the analysts on Wall St. have a buy or accumulate rating on the stock, I really can't see where EMC is a victim anyway, which is why I made the "hypersensitive" comment. There are few stocks out there that are treated better by Wall St.

Tell me another large cap stock with a 30% growth rate (likely to be 35-45% in reality).

Is that a real question or just a rhetorical question?

If the question is real, could you provide more specific criteria, e.g. 3 yr growth rate over 30%, market cap > EMC, 5 yr. growth rate, etc.? Most probably there are several stocks that are in that category.
