You've beat me pretty handily...I don't
know what the exact numbers are...but I
will do a little end of contest wrap up:

_________________________
My picks were
ARIA ARIAW BTRN CNSI CTIC CTII NTII SIBI TGEN

After a quick spike on the EPO Science paper,
Ariad resumed it's steady, toxic, slide. It
is trading at historic lows. The warrants have
behaved similarly...and can be had now for as
cheap as 5/64. One cannot make a very good
case for owning ariaw...although they have been
extended to the end of this year--they are far
out of the money--$8-something. I wish I'd
never discovered them, but you never know,
the folks at Ariad could save me from myself;-)

BTRN has about doubled, sadly I did not capture
a great deal of the gain in my real-world port,
I started to think Ariads anti-GvH system was so
great that I basically swapped btrn for it, ouch!

CNSI is up about 25% for the year, I've seen
no news regarding rhGGF2...one must have a very
long time horizon to own this, but with Bayer
financing the program, it's cheap and relatively
safe.

CTIC started the year around $3, spiked to
$5 toward the end of May, and then got creamed
when Lisofylline for Acute Lung Injury was halted.
Smallcapsonline is doing coverage on this one
(these folks also like Ariad and Valentis,
a third one I own as well. It's a little strange
that I owned all three before these guys
announced buys on them...I hope we all are right,
maybe it will just take a few years).

CTII has been another stinker, the Astra pain
trial ended, targets not met etc etc. Hopefully
the neural stem cell or pancreatic stem cell
program will save me long term...but I'm in the
hole 40% on my original shares. I did grab my
wife a handful at 5/8ths which she will hold
through the summer for a quick turnaround on
apparent stem cell papers coming out by CTI.
I've not tried to confirm that.

NTII old news, looking forward to fall, not
too happy about the placement, they should
just get a loan from Merz...but it is a great
signal that confidence is up at NTI.

SIBI, I've reestablished a half position in this,
will buy a second half on a dip to the 3-4 range,
if one occurs, choppy thin trading this year.

TGEN had a nice run, possibly off a nice front
page layout on the Seattletimes business section...I
grabbed a nice trade, then watched it return
to it's support at 1 1/2. Don't own it right now, seems
risky due to low cash.

So...those were my picks...I don't know what
the exact performance would have been...maybe
down 25% or so. In the real world I'm treading
water with a smattering of good trades. I also
own some gold stocks and MAGN in my real account,
lately that has been good for me.

Good luck to all, it was kinda fun. Although I
post a lot of messages because I enjoy the
interaction--I am not taking stocks as seriously
as I did a few months ago. In fact, my wife said
she would only allow one more subscription for
me;-) I kinda wanted biotechnav...but decided to
get Nature: Spend less time with the stocks,
and more time reading...

I had outstanding returns on TRCD and PAIR, but the tanking of CPQ and CPU cost me a bottle of wine. $106,761.

Congrats Dude.
