THE CEO IS A WONDERFUL MAN! It's his managerial abilities, lack of integrity, and use to be "misrepresentation" which I am questioning, with obvious good reasons, both present and past and it looks like future - so far. Do you honestly think this or any other board has any effect, either positive or negative, on stock trends? Come on now, you are more astute than that. Generally it is the opinion of the silent majority which determines the trends as well as profitable revenues and potential for growth. You did make me laugh, though. Thanks. Roland

You took me the wrong way. Voice inflection lacking here I can understand how. I was not laughing AT you nor let alone myself. It was your reference to the point that IF I make a nice comment about Mr. Lacourciere, the price of the stock might go up. I called him a "wonderful man" and the price has retreated. There was some talk over at the Yahoo thread that management WANTS the price low to they can buy "more" shares for the ESOP, but then this is being discussed as a discontinued company entitiy which they never bother to inform the employee - of it's termination. Must mean they saw better places for their investment. Yes? Sorry that you misunderstood me. I value yours and all others input. Write a manuscript? Not needed. It is my head and files. I just want to keep the pressure on the Board of Directors to keep the pressure on the upper management. None of them lately have been doing a fair job of either, IMO. Roland
