Well, I sent my check for 2K to Wit Capital Monday so if ENGA prices at $10 I could get a maximum of 200 shares but will be happy with 100 judging from my experience with Schwab IPO's.

I have been a Wit account holder for some time and have participated in a number of IPOs... Your understanding is fundamentally correct.

Winter, I agree with you, although I am not sure as of how will the allocation size be determined... in the IPOs that Wit allocated before, the first round of allocations was 100 shares, then a second round only if they had more shares than indication of interest (or that is what they say) ... so what will happen here, I am not really sure...

Also, since WitCapital is merely distributing ENGA to qualified CMGI share holders, and will they exclude people who have flipped before...? nothing was mentioned of that...

WitCapital is a good company, but they still need a lot of improvements... and knowing that Merril Lynch is coming out the end of this year, they'd better move fast... RoadRunner fast....

best regards
