Mineman,

I don't mind repeating to you another time that the town is a non-issue as far as the gold cap is concerned.

The gold cap will never be mined if the sulfides are not. The cost of moving the town, if this is the alternative they eventually select, will be include in the entire $200-$300 million project.. and will simply be an additional cost.
