kcmike, This has not happened to me but a similar thing.

I asked for 200 SRCH. When they sent the affirm email I change the order to 100 and then confirmed. Instead of giving me 100 they gave me 200. May be some technical glitch? I first complained that I asked for 100, and asked them to reverse 100 (before settlement). WIT said there records showed 200 and they cannot do anything about it. Luckily I took the screen dump of the browser where I had asked changed for 100. I sent WIT an email telling them to double check and if they want I can fedex or fax the PROOF that I asked for 100. The same day they adjusted to 100.

BUT if u asked for 200 then u cannot do anything if they give u 200.
Hope it flies for u

Mike,

Consider youself lucky. I didn't get any NPLS as I found out this morning. I blame nobody but myself. I never flipped, very clean account with enough cash, always abided by Wit's rule.

The crime I committed was I sent Wit a "fake" I confirm email for JNPR because I was so desperate to get some that night. I cut and pasted to make it look like it was a real AR. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN.

The moral of this whole thing is, when people getting desperate, they do stupid things. Now I got my Wit IPO goose killed, grilled, and barbecued. Bummer.

kcMike,

I just got the same e-mail (Additional Allocation). I don't remember requesting 200 shares, but I guess I must have...

I am wondering, however, about the people who got AR then DJ, while you and I (and presumably others) got an additional allocation...

Hmmmm - smells fishy to me.

Anyone with Level II seeing any hints about NPLS opening price?

Would seriously appreciate a good word...
